I just thought of something, when Darth kicked Westernkoort out of the guild for GV theft this week.
We shouldn't have ranks based on lvl, but ranks based on how long they have been in guild, and how polite they are..
If an 80 joins guild, he might be as much of a thief as a lvl 1, right?

I mean, if someone is in guild long enough to be able to steal w/e they want in our GV, it is by far greater chance that they'll pass cuz they know they earned the rank with trust, and started to be a real member in our great society How many would let so many friends down, for a small amount of wow-gold?
