High Council

High Council has been restricted to Digi, Laurosa, and Palantir for now and for the immediate future (with the exception of Wessex returning to WoW which I don't see happening).

The only way to get into HC is to be voted by all three of them and myself, but for the time being this rank is closed to promotions, please remember that Templar is an officer rank, you don't need a higher rank than this.
