Thats the complete article but I will resume it in a few words...
Seems TC project is divided and main dev stated that to emulate cata it will be needed a totally new emulator (so It wont happen like TBC -> WOTLK which was easily able to update), and he stated that TC wont work on a TC emulator for WoW 4.X. Good news is that a new project have started but still if you read carefully the article... it will take some time... I would say A LOT of time to make the new emulator, plus the db, encryptation etc etc a really huge problem.

hmmmm intresting i downloaded a 4.0.3a server it works BUT no npc's spells and commands dont work so it in sand box stage id say at the lest and ya it's cactus emo i mean emu
all you can do on it is walk around and view the pritty zones
cant even log out dont work have to alt f4
so do this mean cata a maybe in a few months ??

Nogh u say u don't like Cata, yet u are obsessed with it.. give it a break alrdy, Cata will suck even more then anything xD
And no, Cata won't come to BC; they alrdy stated that :p
